The Indie Arena ~ An Interview with Danielle Lubene’

Welcome to “The Indie Arena,” a bi-monthly podcast of interviews and music from independent musicians from around the globe, spanning all genre’s. Whether you are in a band, a singer/songwriter, or an instrumentalist, I welcome you to contact me to be a guest on the show. You can use the form on the contact page or email me directly at bryan (at) weepingangelproductions (dot) com. I would like a diversity of artists and am up for anything from honky tonk to hardcore and everything between.

Since this is the first show, I ask that you bear with any audio issues you may come across. I am no stranger to the studio, however, this is the first time I have had to play producer, engineer, and voice talent. I did my best to make sure everything was audible and free from artifacts, but you will no doubt still hear pops and glitches. I would ask that you drop me a line with suggestions and critiques so that the shows to come can only surpass one another.

My first guest is singer/songwriter, Danielle Lubene’, who graciously gave up her time to kick off the first show. Danielle is from the Lehigh Valley, PA, and has been playing the circuit for twenty years. For more information including photos, music clips, and discography, please visit the official Danielle Lubene’ website at http://www.daniellelubene.com.

When I found out about Steve’s latest contest, which happened to be this morning, I decided to enter. There are plenty of guitarists that make me look like as if I just started playing, but I have nothing to lose and everything to gain.
