In 2009 I bookmarked nearly every writing resource I came across, ultimately resulting in my Delicious account learning how to speak, and using the new found talent to scream obscenities at me.
C’mon people; That was somewhat funny . . . . . no?
I digress; To tame the wild beast, I have narrowed it down to the top five that I visit daily for my fill of advice, useful links, podcasts, and the occasional freebie download.
400 followers on Twitter!
Adelle Charles, Co-Founder, and Chief Creative Officer at Fuel Brand Inc., became my 400th follower on Twitter today, and I consider it an honor.
Since I am on the subject of Twitter, I can say without doubt that every follower is somehow related to my field(s) of interest. Unlike celebrities or some of my fellow acquaintances, for me it is not a contest to see who has more followers, but rather the quality of followers.
You may be thinking, “what a hypocrite! In the previous paragraph he quotes that it is not about numbers, yet the title of this post states otherwise,” whereto I would reply, I am not excited over the fact that I have 400 followers as a number, however, I am excited over the fact that I have 400 “quality” followers that took many years to acquire, and that, my friends, is worth shouting about.
